What is your appointment policy?
We primarily operate by appointment. We make every effort to see your pets on time but cannot always avoid a delay as emergencies must take priority. If you have an emergency during normal business hours please call prior to coming in so the staff may prepare for your arrival. For everyone's safety all pets must be on a leash or in a pet carrier from your car to and from the building. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please call 24 hours in advance (48 hours for surgical appts) to speak to a staff member.
Can I request a specific doctor to see my pet?
Yes! Please don't hesitate to request a specific doctor if you (or your pet!) have a favorite and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Are you handicapped accessible?
Yes, we have handicapped parking and a ramp to get inside the building.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is required in full at the time services are rendered. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Debit Card, Cash and Care Credit (for more on care credit please visit www.carecredit.com). We are happy to accept a personal check once you have been established as a client!
Who are the animals on your website?
All of the animals you see on our page belong to our clients which is why you will see them change from time to time!
Should I get insurance for my pet?
Pet insurance can be a great help for pet owners in time of accident, illness or even for wellness checks! There are many companies and policies to choose from so make sure you research what plan best fits your pet’s needs.
