We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the clients who have been patient and understanding as we, like everyone, are still facing challenges as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team has been happy to be able to be here for you throughout this crisis. We are committed to continuing to provide excellent medical care while trying to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are fortunate not to have anyone here test positive for COVID and feel this is through our strict disenfecting polices and the care our team takes outside of the office to minimize any exposure as several of our staff members have family that are in the high-risk category. Unfortunately, due to these additional protocols, the phone is very busy and our check-in/out time are sometimes longer than they used to be. We know this can be very frustrating and just want to remind everyone to please not take this out on the staff. Please remember we can't compromise your safety or ours for speed.
We are all going this crazy time together and we wish that we could go back to our regular way of operating the hospital as we miss our personal interaction with our clients. We miss being able to catch up on the lives of our established clients and miss being able to make more personal connections with our new clients. We are sincerely thankful that you guys continue to use us for all your pet's healthcare needs and we, like you, hope things will get back to a normal routine soon!
