Prescription Refills

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. All prescriptions must be approved by a veterinarian and can only be filled as allowed under federal and state laws.  Please allow 48 hours for all e-prescription requests (if you need your pet's medication sooner please call the office directly at 603-329-6553).  We will notify you by email or phone if your prescription is approved and when it will be ready for pickup.
